Jennifer Comeau
I-Amplitude. LLC Founder
Jennifer
Comeau has one focus: to inspire and unleash the human spirit. She does this
using retreat workshops, motivational speaking, coaching and leader development,
instructional design, and through her original music.

Jennifer has for decades led organizational initiatives in strategy, leader
development, and operational improvement for non-profits and corporations.
Clients include National Wildlife Federation, Buffalo Olmsted
Conservancy, Maine General Health System, ABET Inc., Bank of The Bahamas,
National Institute for Standards and Technology, Prudential Real Estate
Headquarters, Transamerica Corp., Hilton Hotels Worldwide Headquarters, Hyundai,
and 20th Century Fox.
In addition to her Masters of Engineering degree from the SUNY at
Buffalo and a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from General Motors
Institute, Jen is a coach certified by Front & Center Communications. Her
post-education in organizational development includes workshops in Strategy,
Assessment, Balanced Scorecard, Gestalt Techniques, Facilitation, and
Instructional Design.
Jennifer now spends much of her time conducting retreat workshops
for people who are changing the world or who wish to. These are time-out-of-time
experiences of personal growth and exploration, refocusing and replenishment. As
a seasoned performer and motivational speaker, Jennifer has spoken or performed
at conferences and events such as the International Coach Federation, NH Women's
Leadership Summit, Maine Human Resources Conference, Hospice of Southern Maine,
and International Manufacturing Technology Conference.
Jennifer’s innovative “give back” strategy donates 100% of the
proceeds from her music CD, “Feed the Tribe” to the
Kennebunkport Conservation Trust locally and the
Central Asia Institute globally. The Trust is dedicated to
preserving wetlands, woods, fields, islands, beaches, wildlife corridors, and
all of the special places visitors and residents love in Kennebunkport Maine,
USA. Greg Mortenson of The Central Asia Institute is featured in the
NY Times bestseller, “Three Cups of Tea”. His work in building schools for
mostly Muslim girls in Pakistan and Afghanistan is aligned with three of the
United Nation’s Millennium Development Goals: fighting poverty and hunger,
achieving universal primary education, and promoting gender equality and
empowering women.

Heidi Collins
Knowledge Management
 Heidi
Collins is an experienced chief knowledge officer and information management
executive. She possesses a unique background combining strategy development,
program management, and change management with technical expertise. Adept at
planning and implementing information management strategies that support
business initiatives, Heidi led the Knowledge Management, Business Intelligence,
and Information and Library Services virtual team members at Air Products and
Chemical (Fortune 100 Company).
Heidi
established the Knowledge Management Center of Excellence to manage knowledge
assets for timely, context-relevant content to improve decision making.
Her Knowledge Management program generated over $100 million dollars in
hard dollar benefits each year from 2002 through 2004.
Heidi
architected, designed, and delivered one of the first enterprise information
portal software applications into the
US market. Sales of the
commercial software exceeded $20 million in per year from 1998 through 2000.
Heidi
holds a Masters of Science in computer information services from
Arizona State
University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
decision information services from The University of Texas.
She is the author of, “Corporate Portals” and “Information Knowledge Portals,”
as well as numerous articles on knowledge management. She
recently co-authored “Collaboration Commerce” with Dr. Cindy Gordon and Dr.
Claudio Terra. Heidi is a member of the KM Review editorial
staff.

Karen S. Hinchliffe
Strategic Leadership
Karen
is an experienced speaker and innovator of culturally sound strategy to private,
public and not-for-profit leaders. She has earned a title among her peers as “an
advisor’s advisor” and is devoted to improving the quality of advice provided by
the consulting profession.
Karen has roots in agriculture and family business operations, as well as more
than two decades in international management consulting: Braxton, Arthur D.
Little, Temple Barker & Sloane (Mercer), Harbridge House, Coopers & Lybrand and
PricewaterhouseCoopers. She served as Managing Director in London and Stockholm
before returning as Principal to the US where she founded
KSH Strategyhouse,
LLC.
She has held
national responsibility for the P&L and growth of a European regional business.
She led internal change programs and managed senior professionals across an
array of HR disciplines, including policy, compensation, cost management,
executive development and retention, succession planning, and particularly
merger & acquisition.
Karen is
published in the International Review of Strategic Management, and serves as
professor and thesis advisor to MBA executives studying in Switzerland and
Singapore. She holds an AB from Bowdoin College, an MBA from Cornell University,
and a post-graduate certificate in Law from Oslo University.

Jennifer Jones
Strategic Communications
Jennifer has more
than 20 years experience in developing strategic communications programs that
advance business objectives, including labor and environmental communications,
fund raising, crisis management and public affairs. She has directed the
corporate positioning and communication strategy for industry leaders in the
aviation, energy, automobile, and hazardous waste sectors. Jennifer has also
directed the creative strategy for scores of branding campaigns and direct mail
fund raising and grassroots lobbying programs. With her Rising Star Coaching™,
Jennifer has coached young professionals on the fast track. She has also
developed S.A.M.E.™, a Strategic Asset Management Evaluation, to help companies
achieve the full benefit of corporate social responsibility initiatives. In
1998, Jennifer started
Cardea Communications,
and prior, was Senior vice President, Chief Creative Officer and Partner
at The Hawthorn Group, a public affairs agency in the Washington DC metro area.
Jennifer holds a
Masters of Arts in Corporate and Political Communication from Fairfield
University; an Organization, Systems and Development certification from the
Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and a Bachelor of Arts in History/Journalism
from the University System of New Hampshire, Keene State. Jennifer is an avid
white water kayaker, having kayaked some of the world's most beautiful rivers. |

Melissa S. Kelly-McCabe
Strategic Planning
Melissa is a strategist, business advisor, and
dynamic public speaker. Having worked in industry and with corporate executives
for over twenty years, she has assisted hundreds of leaders and boards create
clarity of strategy, cause positive and lasting change, and realize their
visions. With hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering and private and
public service organizations, Melissa's reach spans hundreds of manufacturers,
non-profit firms, and industrial economic development corporations in 50 states,
Canada, and the Caribbean.
President and CEO of
Clear Intent
Strategy, Inc., Melissa formerly held positions with WNY
Technology Development Center, Inc., Price Waterhouse LLP, and General Motors
Corporation. Melissa was an assistant to Dr. W. Edwards Deming for five years,
researching thinking processes and teaching groups about Deming management
principles.
Melissa holds a Masters of Science in Organization
Systems, focusing on Change Processes (University of Southern California,) and a
Bachelors degree in Statistics, minor in Industrial Engineering, (University at
Buffalo). Memberships include International Coach Federation, International
Association of Facilitators; OD Network, and the Gestalt Institute Working
Group.

Michael Stone
Strategic Research
Michael assists clients in making strategic
decisions by conducting detailed research and analysis on markets and
competitors, and by modeling costs and profitability. For nearly twenty years,
Mike's consulting experience has included Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies,
and government and non-profit organizations that serve manufacturing markets.
His engagements have focused on market research and analysis, competitor
assessments, and strategic cost and profitability analysis. His assignments have
required an understanding of global markets and competitors throughout North
America, Europe, and Asia. In 1995, Mike formed Stone & Associates, Inc.,
a strategic management consulting firm focused on industrial and
business-to-business markets. Prior to Stone & Associates, Mr. Stone was a
Managing Consultant at Telesis, the strategic consulting arm of Towers Perrin.
Mike holds a
degree in Developmental Studies from Brown University, and recently applied his
business skills as a volunteer with The William Jefferson Clinton Foundation
where he was instrumental in forging a landmark procurement agreement with
leading generic pharmaceutical companies that reduced the price of key HIV/AIDS
drugs for millions of people in Africa and the Caribbean. |
